About LeahLeah Ingram is lifestyle and frugal-living expert, and the author of the new book “Suddenly Frugal: How to Live Happier and Healthier for Less” (Adams Media, 2010). This book includes Leah's unique money-saving advice, including how a family can save $25,000 a year. Media-trained while an editor at Woman’s Day Special Interest Publications, Leah quickly became the go-to expert for on-air demonstrations of family-related topics, including gift tips, etiquette advice and shopping suggestions. She's appeared on "The CBS Evening News with Katie Couric," “Good Morning America,” CNBC’s “Market Wrap, Business Week TV, ABC News Now and "Good Day New York.” among other programs. Leah has been on television hundreds of times to share her expertise. In addition, she's acted as a spokesperson for many national brands, including Bank of America, T-Mobile and Starbucks. You may have also read her frugal-living advice in publications, such as BusinessWeek, The Christian Science Monitor and The Philadelphia Inquirer. When not appearing on TV, you can find Leah writing her blog or articles for national publications. Recently, her byline has appeared in the pages of All You, Continental, Executive Travel and Parenting. She is also the author of 13 books, including "Gifts Anytime! How to Find the Perfect Present for Any Occasion" and "The Everything Etiquette Book: A Modern Day Guide to Good Manners." Leah is a graduate of New York University and the Protocol School of Washington. She trained in TV hosting at TVI Actors Studio in New York City. Leah lives near Trenton, New Jersey, with her husband and two daughters. |
