Leah Ingram

Leah Ingram, author of "Suddenly Frugal: How to Live Happier and Healthier for Less" (Adams Media, 2010), is a lifestyle expert and seasoned spokesperson who appears frequently in the media to discuss shopping, gift buying, eco-friendly topics and frugal living. These appearances have included a cover story on her family's frugal ways in Business Week, along with a broadcast segment on "Business Week TV," and an appearance on "Inside Edition" about frugal gift-giving.

Most recently Leah offered back-to-school savings tips for Walmart, and was the Bank of America's "Save the Change" holiday spokesperson during which she discussed money-saving ways to make it through the holiday season.

In addition, Ingram writes lifestyle articles for national publications like Parade and USA Weekend as well as custom publications for large organizations, such as General Mills, Continental Airlines and the American Cancer Society.

Leah is a graduate of New York University and the Protocol School of Washington. She trained in TV hosting at TVI Actors Studio in New York City. Leah lives near Trenton, New Jersey, with her husband and two daughters.
