London with Kids: A Family-Friendly Itinerary

We took our daughters to London when they were tweens.

Thanks to their love of all things Harry Potter, we knew we would have a great trip.

First stop on the itinerary? Platform 9 3/4 at Kings Cross Station.

There kids can push a pretend luggage trolley through the wall.

We also visited Oxford University, the model for Hogwarts' dining hall.

We also did non-Harry Potter things in London.

The Tower of London was awesome.

We also enjoyed walking across some of the 35 bridges in London.

However, the hands down favorite was riding the London Eye.
