Have you ever wondered how a Peloton instructor’s hair and makeup stays perfect in a class? You’d think they get professional help before going in front of the camera, like newscasters or actors do. But that doesn’t happen.
On multiple occasions I’ve watched Peloton instructors demo on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok how they fix their hair and do their makeup before class. They’ve perfected the art of becoming camera ready and then not sweating it all off while teaching. It’s quite amazing. I can’t even keep my mascara from running when I’m working out.
Peloton instructor hair and makeup brands and tips
So many people seem to be interested in the brands that Peloton instructors use for makeup and hair. Therefore, I decided to put together this article with tips and suggestions. I’ve gathered my research from all kinds of sources, including the instructors themselves.
For example, if you take time to watch your favorite instructors’ TikTok videos or Instagram Reels, you’ll often see them doing a time lapse of getting ready for class. They’ll show the brands they’re using right on camera.
However, since you may not have time to go through all of those videos, I’ve done the legwork for you. So, below I’ve rounded up the information I could find at this time that tells you the brands that certain Peloton instructors use for their hair and makeup.
Finally, most of these products are available online at beauty retailers like Sephora and Ulta. When that’s not the case, I’ll provide links to other stores that carry them.
Peloton instructor Christine D’Ercole hair and makeup
Back when I wrote my post on the must-have Peloton accessories, I’d highlighted a hair product that Christine was using at the time. It was the Sweaty Bands glitter headbands.
Unfortunately, I haven’t seen her wearing them of late. However, I’m still wearing mine–which I bought on Amazon after seeing them on her.
As far as makeup goes for Christine, I know that her long-lasting lipstick is from KVD (formerly Kat Von D). It’s called Everlasting Longwear Lipstick, and it comes in many different forms.

In addition, thanks to the Christine fan Facebook group, I’ve discovered which eyebrow pencil she uses. It is Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil from Hourglass Cosmetics.
Finally, she once shared that she uses Shy Lashes for her eyelashes.
Peloton instructor Olivia Omato makeup
While I haven’t been able to locate the brand of glitter Olivia tends to use all over her body–there’s a reason she’s called the glitter assassin–I was able to locate her lipstick brand. According to Self Magazine, it is MAC Cosmetics Matte Lipstick, and one of her favorite colors is Russian Red.
She also said that she applies a lip primer and a lip pencil ahead of the lipstick itself so it really lasts. I’ll assume that the primer and pencil are also from MAC.
Peloton instructor Ally Love
According to Self Magazine, getting made up for Ally involves her eyebrows and her lashes. Like Christine, she wears false lashes or gets lash extensions so that her eyes pop. Ally’s go-to brand for her lashes is Lashify Lashes.
I don’t know the brand of eyebrow product she uses. However, I can vouch for this wand eyebrow shaping gel from Anastasia Beverly Hills.
Finally, I read that Ally swears by the clean beauty brand Ren. Ren makes face products and skincare.
Peloton instructor Tunde Oyeneyin
Tunde is a former makeup artist who truly understands the importance of looking great on camera and off. However, her secret to sparkling on the bike? Literally glitter.
It’s called Starlit Glitter and it’s from the brand Makeup Forever. Ally Love also uses this brand. I have to wonder if this is the brand of glitter that Olivia uses, too.
As far as her gorgeous lipstick, well, Tunde is a Revlon ambassador. So it’s no surprise that her brand choice is Revlon Colorstay. She also uses Revlon Colorstay foundation and Revlon Colorstay concealer, as well as the brand’s blush and mascara.
Peloton yoga instructor Aditi Shah
You may have noticed that Aditi often has a cat eye makeup style when teaching class. She uses a liquid eyeliner to create her signature look.
The brand of liquid eyeliner? Makeup Forever Graphic Pen.
As far as other makeup that she uses, her concealer is from Hourglass and her blush from Huda Beauty.

Peloton instructor Kendall Toole
Kendall hails from California. Even though she lives in New York now, she wants to keep that California glow about her. So, she reaches for drugstore brand NYX bronzer.
FYI, NYX is a cruelty free drugstore brand.
In addition, she relies on a sweat-proof setting powder over her foundation to keep her makeup in place. If you ride with Kendall, then you know she rides hard. And obviously these products hold up.
What are some of those products? Well, they include Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation.
Peloton instructor Emma Lovewell
One of the most important parts of Emma’s beauty routine? Washing her face of all makeup after teaching classes.
According to one source she uses NOW’s Blemish Clear Gel Cleanser, which you can buy on Amazon.
Peloton instructor Rebecca Kennedy
When Rebecca wants to give her straightened hair some bounce, she brings out the Dyson AirWrap. Then, to keep her straightened hair in place, she once shared on a Peloton blog that she relied on Aveda pomade for men.
As far as putting her face on for class, she’ll usually reach for a tinted moisturizer first. Which one? WELL People Bio Tint Multi-Action Moisturizer with SPF 30.
Next, there’s waterproof mascara. Her go to is Blinc mascara.
For the rest of her face she might use a Tarte blush or the Kosas highlighter and blush duo.
Peloton instructor Jess King
Recently, I watched an Instagram video of Jess King using Pantene Smooth & Sleek conditioner. Thanks to her partnership with the brand, it appears that Pantene is her go-to hair care brand. I love that it’s an affordable drugstore brand.
