I just learned about the concept of Hilton Five Feet to Fitness rooms.
Basically, what the Hilton Hotels chain is doing is converting regular guest rooms into rooms with built-in workout spaces.
Right now the Five Feet to Fitness rooms are in just a handful of Hilton hotels worldwide.
However, they’re going to be expanded throughout the year as Hilton adds more Peloton bikes to their properties.
What are in Hilton Five Feet to Fitness rooms

According to Hilton, these Five Feet to Fitness rooms will offer 11 different pieces of equipment that you can use to exercise in your private space.
Right now that includes:
GymRax
Hilton’s in-room Gym Rax is a storage bay for a variety of fitness accessories.
These items can help you with strength, suspension, body weight, core, yoga, HIIT, meditation and family fitness options.
This is what it looks like when the Gym Rax kiosk is open.
You can see it has medicine balls, a Bosu ball for balance, TRX straps as well as a touch screen for classes.
Eventually, that traditional spin bike will be replaced with Peloton bikes in some of the Hilton properties.
